If your PC is air-gapped (no internet), click "Offline Activation." You will receive a machine code. Email that code to support, and they will send back an offline license file (.lic). Import that file.

Run the installer. Once complete, launch Excel. You will see a Kutools Lite tab if the license is missing. Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a Program
Navigate to the official ExtendOffice download page. Look for "Kutools for Excel - Latest Version (v30.10+)."
Click Kutools > License > Activate License .
